The Claas hydraulic seal is a lip seal that stops oil leaking along a cylinder rod. Hardened or nicked, it lets oil weep, then the cylinder loses pressure.
Compatible models: Claas Dominator, Commandor, Mega and Lexion combine harvesters, as well as Claas balers.

Fitting it correctly
Clean the housing carefully without scratching it. Lightly oil the new seal, then fit it the right way round, lip towards the pressure side. Replace the other cylinder seals at the same time if they have hardened.
