Agricultural transmission parts

All our part numbers in this family. If your part doesn't appear, our engineering office can design it.

The online catalogue shows a selection of our part numbers. Our production capacity goes far beyond it.

The guide

Choosing the right agricultural transmission parts

When the clutch slips or the gears grind, the whole tractor stops. Our agricultural transmission parts cover the ones that wear the most: Massey Ferguson clutch discs and clutch covers, Deutz release bearings, Sonalika synchronisers. Each one fits in place of the original part. Parts missing from the catalogue can be designed on request.

  1. A disc that is too thick, a release bearing off-centre, and the whole driveline wears faster. That is why our parts start from the manufacturer’s original part: our engineering office in France measures it, we have our own moulds made, and each part number is approved in the laboratory before production. The dimensions are those of the original, not an approximation.

    • The engine revs up but the tractor doesn’t move: the clutch disc is slipping.
    • Whistling or rumbling when you press the pedal: the release bearing needs replacing.
    • Gears crunch or refuse to engage: the synchroniser is worn.
    • A juddering clutch or a stiff pedal: check the clutch cover.
  2. Once the transmission is open, labour costs more than the parts. So if the disc is worn, also check the release bearing and the clutch cover: replacing them together saves you from splitting the tractor again a few months later. Give us the tractor model and year, or send a photo of the removed part: we confirm the match before shipping.

  3. A transmission part takes every start and every gear change. We don’t cut corners on its quality, we cut margins: by working directly, with no middlemen, the price stays fair compared with the big brands. And downtime avoided in the middle of the season is worth far more than the part.

For clutch adjustment, manuals from manufacturers such as Massey Ferguson or Deutz-Fahr remain the reference.

Quality control

The 5 criteria of a quality part

A good part can be recognised before fitting. Here is what we check, and what you can check yourself.

5/5 Criteria checked
on every part number
  1. Traceable materials

Each batch is linked to its steel grade, matching the original part.

    Checked
  2. Our own moulds

It is made on our own tooling, not copied by eye from a worn part.

    Checked
  3. Approved in the laboratory

Dimensions and strength are then checked before production starts.

    Checked
  4. European and international standards

Compliance is documented, part number by part number.

    Checked
  5. Stated warranty

Finally, duration and terms are written down before the order, not after the breakdown.

The online catalogue only shows part of what we can do. Send us the number engraved on the old part, or a photo of it. Our engineering office analyses it, then we reply with the matching part and the price.
