The Sonalika synchroniser ring matches the speed of the gears before a gear is engaged. When it wears, gears engage badly and crunch, and the gearbox wears faster.
Compatible models: Sonalika DI 75 and Worldtrac 75, Solis 75 (Carraro gearbox).
Specifications: 2 rings per gearbox. It is part of synchroniser kit 10081198AA. It doesn’t fit the DI 90, which has a different gearbox.

A worn Sonalika synchroniser ring makes gears crunch and ends up damaging the gears. Replacing it at the first signs costs far less than a gearbox rebuild.
Identifying your Sonalika synchroniser ring
This ring fits the DI 75, Worldtrac 75 and Solis 75 with Carraro gearbox, two per gearbox. It doesn’t fit the DI 90, which takes a different gearbox. So check the exact tractor model, then send it to us from the contact page if in doubt.
Replacing it in good conditions
When the gearbox is open, also check the gear cones and dog teeth: a new ring on a worn cone won’t last. Then replace the rings in pairs. Finally, use the oil and level recommended by Sonalika.
