This Sonalika piston ring set fits one complete piston: top ring, second ring and oil control ring. The rings seal between the piston and the cylinder. When worn, they let oil into the combustion chamber: blue smoke, oil consumption, loss of compression.
Compatible models: Sonalika DI 60, DI 75 and Worldtrac 75, 4×2 and 4×4 (100 mm bore engines).
Specifications: 100 mm diameter, Sonalika 4100 engines. The set contains top ring 703403219A, second ring 703403220A and oil control ring 703403058A.

Choosing your Sonalika piston rings
This set matches 100 mm bore engines: DI 60, DI 75 and Worldtrac 75. Measure the bore if the engine has already been rebored, as an oversize needs different rings. Allow one set per cylinder, so four for a 4-cylinder engine. In doubt? Write to us from the contact page.
Fitting them properly
First check the liner wear: a scored or oval liner quickly wears new rings. Then check the end gap of each ring in the cylinder and respect the fitting mark, often stamped “TOP”. Finally, stagger the gaps and follow the Sonalika running-in procedure.
