The Sonalika turbo cartridge is the heart of the turbocharger: the shaft, the turbine wheel and the compressor wheel, assembled and ready to fit. When a turbo loses power, whistles or smokes, it replaces the whole core without touching the housings. It is a cheaper repair than a complete turbo.
Compatible models: Sonalika DI 75 and Worldtrac 75, 4×2 and 4×4, 4100 turbo engine.
Specifications: cartridge for Holset HX25 turbo. It doesn’t fit the DI 90 Worldtrac, whose 4105 engine takes a different turbo (part no. 800405076A).

A Sonalika turbo cartridge restores a turbo for a fraction of the price of a new one. You still need to choose the right version and fit it carefully, because a turbo forgives neither dirt nor lack of oil.
Identifying your Sonalika turbo cartridge
First read the turbo’s plate: our cartridge fits the Holset HX25 turbo of the Sonalika DI 75 and Worldtrac 75, 4100 turbo engine. The DI 90 Worldtrac, however, takes a different turbo. If in doubt, send us a photo of the plate from the contact page: we check before shipping.
Fitting the cartridge safely
First, find the cause of the wear: clogged air filter, dirty oil or a pinched oil feed. Then carefully clean the housings and replace the gaskets. Finally, fill the cartridge with oil before the first start, then let the engine idle for a few moments. The Sonalika manufacturer’s recommendations remain the reference for maintenance.
