The Claas plunger roller guides the plunger in the baler’s bale chamber. Worn or seized, it lets the plunger develop play: bales come out uneven and the knives wear faster.
Compatible models: Claas Markant 40, 41, 45, 50, 51, 52, 55, 60 and 65 balers, and the Claas Constant.
Specifications: 16 mm shaft, 52 mm roller, 21 mm bearing width, 67 mm overall width.

Identifying your Claas plunger roller
This roller fits Claas Markant 40 to 65 balers and the Claas Constant. It is sold with or without its 16 mm shaft. The roller is 52 mm in diameter. If in doubt, send us the baler model from the contact page.
Fitting it correctly
Block the plunger before any work. Remove the old roller, clean its housing, then fit the new roller with its shaft and tighten the nut to the specified torque. Replace the plunger rollers together to keep the guidance balanced.
