The hub cassette seal seals the wheel hub. It combines the sealing lips and their running sleeve in a single unit, which makes it more resistant to mud and dust than a simple seal.

Identifying your cassette seal
This seal measures 130 × 160 × 14.5/16 mm and carries Corteco part number 12016448B. Measure the shaft diameter, the housing diameter and the width of the old seal, then compare. If in doubt, send us these dimensions from the contact page: we confirm before shipping.
Fitting it correctly
Clean the housing and the shaft sealing surface without scratching them. Fit the seal the right way round, marked side facing out, pressing it in perfectly square with a suitable tool. Never reuse a seal that has already been removed.
